3.2 Fair Use: Preview clips are used for the purpose of music discovery and ranking under fair use principles. No full tracks are stored or distributed.

3.3 Rights Holders: If you are a rights holder and believe your work is being used inappropriately, please contact us for prompt resolution.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or any means to manipulate rankings
• Submit fraudulent or spam votes
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

5. Anonymous Voting

Voting is anonymous and does not require account creation. We use browser fingerprinting and rate limiting to prevent abuse while maintaining user privacy.
